Glenn Merritt: President, CEO
Glenn’s operational and strategic knowledge of supply chain management has been instrumental in First Alliance Logistics Management’s continued success as an asset recovery and reverse logistics leader. This success spilled over to On/Off Logistics as well, FALM’s joint venture. He joined First Alliance in October 1996 as Vice President of Operations and was named Chief Operating Officer in 1999 before taking on the President & CEO’s role in 2002. Mr. Merritt has over 30 years of experience in logistics management with consumer and industrial supply models.
A native of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Glenn received a degree in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University and resides with his family in Charlotte, NC. His passion is to spur growth, whether that growth simply involves his home landscaping hobby or the dozens of people he has influenced over the last quarter century that are now dispersed throughout the US supply chain. Like his all time favorite rock & roll band – The Beatles – Mr. Merritt believes that success is attributable to lots of hard work, a little luck, and timing. Hard work increases the likelihood of the latter two ingredients.
Jennifer Davis: Accounting Manager
Jennifer arrived at First Alliance in February 2007 and is responsible for the accounting of First Alliance and On/Off Logistics.
She began her college career at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BSBA in Finance and International Business.
Derek began working at First Alliance in January of 2006. His responsibilities include the day to day operations of Alcoa Home Exteriors, Ad Hoc reporting and analysis, and assisting with IT issues.
Derek earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Charlotte in 2005 with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Industrial Operations Management.
